Smartcam HD Pro Won't Connect to Smartthings

I’m looking for some help.

I have a Smartthings Hub V2 running 19.19 (just updated, thought it would fix it, 19.17 wouldn’t work either) firmware and a SmartCam HD Pro. I can’t get them to connect. Both of them are wired in to my router… 192.168.1.116 and 192.168.1.117, respectively.

I am trying to connect the Smartcam as a new device (I have also tried connecting it as an existing device). I let both lights turn green, but Smartthings can’t seem to discover my Smartcam.

I don’t see anyone else complaining about this issue so am I missing something? What is the trick?
