SHM video clips no longer play

I get your point I miss it to and have asked but what I’m saying it it clearly states it’s in beta and when out it will be a premium features. I beta Android and can’t complain all the time to fix something while still in beta. That’s what beta is testing phase.

I think I can complain when the facility is featured so heavily in SmartThings marketing and promotion. It makes the fact it’s supposedly still in beta somewhat irrelevant. Goods should be as advertised.

Also, scroll to the top of the page and click ‘Uses’. Then scroll down. It described SHM. Show me where it says it’s in beta.

I agree with you mostly don’t get me wrong. But beta is beta. And it’s going to have its quirks. And also they are st the merch of Android and IOS how they each handle media within apps. Since I can download and see live I’m not sure we’re the issue lies nor does it seem they do either. One more thing I can still capture all the clips I set it to capture. I just have to download then to view. So their advertisement is right it’s just little more inconvenient to download before you can watch.

I bought a Smartcam HD Pro today nad except attaching it to the hub nothing works - no video at all - though I can get to it via vlc/ smartcam app… no motion, nothing - I wished regulators would require full disclosure in detail, all features available/working and fully functional rather than ‘works with smartthings’ …
