I just had a 4 day run where everything worked perfectly.
I knew it was too good to last.
Please add me to the list of customers who are affected by this new problem.
I’m unable to view or download the clips from my Samsung SmartCam.
They know the cause as they told me in a support ticket. It’s rewriting the app to fix the changed made by the manufacturer iOS and Android.
Also I can watch live. But also keep in mind the other is still in beta. Which means there is still bugs!!!
I’m known to be overly cynical at times, but even so I’m struggling to believe that BOTH Android and iOS changed at exactly the same time…
Sounds more like a bug in SmartThings to me.

well they did both release new versions of about the same time. IOS 10 and android 7 which in android 7 web view app is disabled and handled all thru the OS. in 6 and below it was changed but enabled. Try and disable it and see if it works.
As others said further up in the thread, disabling Android Web View currently makes no difference. (It did with a previous version of this bug).
oh I missed it. Chrome did come out with a new version anyone try to uninstall chrome for android?
Chrome is pretty fundamental to Android these days. I’m not prepared to break my devices just to get SHM working again. Hopefully Samsung won’t take TOO long, given how this is a major bit of SmartThings that’s currently broken.

Did they give you an idea of time frames for a fix?
anything beta is not a major part of anything. Now out of beta and you paying for it like they said will happen totally different story!
We are looking into this - still trying to get to the root of the issue… chasing down a lead - are any of yall in the US?

An update for everyone.
Support emailed me earlier stating that they had made some “back end tweaks” and to try again. Good news is it worked. I can view videos live and download them again.
However I tried re-installing android system Web view again and the original issue returns…where the video play button is completely greyed out.
So…the original issue still exists and Web view must be disabled but at least the workaround of disabling it works again!
Step forward…original issue can be successfully reproduced 
The tweak seems to have fixed it for iOS too (and you don’t need to switch anything off there).
Android 7 there was a play button but it didn’t play but I can still watch live and download. Also web view is disabled in 7 and you can’t enable it even if you wanted too.

An important bit of SmartThings functionality remains broken…
Still can’t see how one claims an important part when it’s in beta still. While I wish it stays that way or they change their mind on the charging part when it’s out.
Well, seeing as SHM functionality is featured in the main video that Samsung uses to promote SmartThings (and featured on the front page of the website), I find your (continual) dismissal of this issue somewhat… actually, I won’t use the word I was going to.
