I just migrated to the new ST app from the classic. I’m noticing that sometimes when I open the app, it shows SHM with a server error (see screenshot). If I click the refresh button next to it, its able to connect but I’m wondering why I get the error in the first place. It happens about half the time where I get this error.
That’s much better than me. It happens almost all the time on mine. I think it’s a known issue with the app since a couple of releases ago. Submit a ticket also so they can prioritize it.

Fun fact…
It is STHM (SmartThings Home Monitor) in the new app. SHM (Smart Home Monitor) was in the Classic app. They are two completely separate apps
