I have a Shelly Qubino Wave i4 among with other Shelly Qubino Wave devices and I use Smartthings as hub.
For hub, I use the Aeotec SmartThings hub. I have enrolled to Shelly Wave edge drivers and have installed all available drivers. For other Wave devices, the Shelly Qubino drivers are selected automatically once the inclusion is completed. But for i4 the default is selected and not the Shelly Qubino. Even when I try to select it manually it is not available. What should i do?
First check to make sure that you had a successful pairing. See the community FAQ, it has the details.
Hi JDRoberts, you are right. I had zeros, I paired again and now the correct driver was selected.
Another problem I have now, is that I have connected only switch SW1 and this is the only switch that is grayed out and not control.
I noticed that when I press the physical button, the Swith2 is turned on/off. It’s strange but it does the job.
Also, my question is if I can control other devices directly or this has to be done by creating a routine?
In this case I only see options On/Off and not an option to set what happens if I hold pressed the button.
You can use Z-Wave Associations to control other devices.
I haven’t used Z-Wave Associations and can’t help more.
