Hi! So I had to reinstall everything on my hub… the last time I did this I did it through ide portal. It let me choose drive for each device etc… now I dont know how to do it. When I get into the my.smarthings.com advance portal, and go the device its only giving me one option, not as before that I could select any driver.
Any clues!? This in particular is a Qubino Flush shitter I used for my blackouts and its detecting it as a switch not as a curtain. I have 12 of this. The first one it detected it properly, this one not, so I wanted to choose the appropriate driver.
Back then you could basically assign any handler to any device regardless of the device fingerprints declared in the handler. With Edge drivers there has to be a match between the driver fingerprints and the device.
There were also multiple stock handlers for similar types of devices. Now there is usually just the one stock driver. So if the stock driver isn’t useful you will need to find a manufacturer or community provided handler.
