In Smartthings android app (new one) there is only “Shelly switch/dimmer” and nothing about “Shelly EM”, there is a device handler working ? Or some (easy) methods to get in smarthings energy data from shelly without the use of external hardware like raspberry or similar ?

Sorry, it works (with some limits). Smartthings recognize Shelly EM and you get energy counter. There isn’t automatic refresh so you need something like pollster to have correct data for automations etc etc
