Am i the only one seeing odd colours over section headers using a mobile ?

I am also seeing them, so you aren’t hallucinating.
Those weird color streaks are icons for each category that no longer maintain their proportions. Plus they used to be much smaller. here’s what they look like on an iPad now.
You can still make out that the announcements icon is a bullhorn, The devices icon is headphones plus some other stuff, The developer programs icon is a laboratory beaker, etc. But they look stretched and weird.
On a smaller screen like a mobile device they just look like streaks.
