While I’m having the same issue of the lock going offline, my biggest problem is the app no longer will control the lock. I can’t lock or unlock anymore. Glad I came across this thread. This issue has hit me since returning from vacation last Monday. My v3 ST Hub is on firmware 54.14 and my locks are experiencing this offline / online behavior 3 to 4 times a day. Please post any fixes you may be provided so that i can give it a try also.
