I think my sensor has a demonic-possession, it’s all set up but I would get a message on my phone that this sensor has been activated. This went on every time I went out and was really getting on my nerves. So I took that battery out , but it still happens, get a message saying the water leak sensor has been activated without batteries. can anyone give me a clue as to what is happening or do I need a Exorcism i.e… the bin.
I’m sure that’s very frustrating. What’s the exact model of the water sensor? There are a couple of different ones, so it might make a difference.
Also, which model of hub do you have and which version of the mobile app are you using?
Is it wanting you to acknowledge that an alert was generated - basically nagging until someone says they ‘got it’? I think the leak detectors tie into the smart home monitor and it will do that.
