I know on my Samsung washing machine i can download additional washing cycles (denim, wool, eco cold, etc) from the SmartThings app to my washer. I was hoping, like my previous brand washing machine, I could create my own cycle and save it. There is 1 pre built cycle that is close but always have to change the temp. Anyone know if this is possible?

Also, he will need to know the model number of your washer.
Model is WA52A5500AC
I have an older front load machine (EU version, about 4-5 years old) and that has these options in the SmartThings app:
Has the favourites feature been removed? I can’t find it in the current version of the app.
Unsure if it has been missing for some time, but it is available now. Under “Services”, add the laundry module. This will give you the option to add custom cycles.
I just noticed this, I had favorites saved for both my Washer and Dryer back when the old controller was available; the one like in GSzabados’s screenshots. I remember, when the new controller aka “Clothing Care” was introduced, Favorites were reported to be complelety removed and you couldn’t even create any custom cycles. But it looks like they brought that feature back only for washers though. I still can’t recreate any custom cycles for my dryer even though it’s listed (not default and don’t know how to make default; see screenshot below). I just sent in an error report hoping they will add it in the future as my dryer is capable of custom cycles as I have proof of it working in the past.
