I received my new washer yesterday and connected it to Samrtthings with no issues and did my first pile of laundry using my phone. It was great. This morning, smartthings said it had an update. I agreed to it. My washer showed “dn” shut off and hasn’t come back on again! I tried unplugging it, turning off the breaker and turning it back on. NOTHING IS WORKING! I NEED MY WASHER! Please help! Any advice is greatly appreciated. I honestly don’t know what happened.

You might get a quicker answer, particularly since your washer is so new, by trying the official Samsung support forum. There are Samsung employees assigned to help customers there.
