Samsung smartcam HD PRO

Hey, so I have a Samsung smartcam HD pro and have had no problems with it for 9 months until yesterday. Yesterday it disconnected and after an hour of trial and error I had to do a full ethernet factory reset in the smartcam app then reconnected it to ST. This morning I can connect to it in the smartcam app but in ST its unavailable and says either the unable to connect to live stream or no route to host, please help! Tearing my hair out here!
