Samsung Smartcam HD Pro - need advise

I’m on the fence with regards to buying this. I have this in my Amazon cart for a couple of weeks now (still hoping that it will drop by Black Friday).

However, recent reviews in Amazon doesn’t seem to be very good. Should I pull the trigger on this or is there a better alternative? The D-link DCS-5222L seems to be comparable and cheaper.

I have it and another Samsung Smartcam HD Plus. Of the two, I can’t say anything too bad about the Smartcam HD Pro. I’ve had it for a year and a half and it does exactly what it’s supposed to, integrates well with SmartThings, reliable.

The only bad thing I can say is that the Smartcam app for live viewing, etc is not all that great. Crappy, dated interface, hard to get around in.

Never worked with the D-Link, but it looks like a good option.
