Samsung smart things wifi mesh

Hi, I have Samsung smart things wifi hubs, I have problem to connect the rest of the 2 sub hubs to the same network.
After I installed main hub, then added the other 2 sub hubs, but don’t know why on the other 2 sub hubs status always on “checking” the sub hubs has no internet. Can anyone help please!

is this a first time install? is it new or used?

I used it for few years, but used to be my hobby set it up. so I did the factory reset and try to set it up by myself because he is not around. I watched the YouTube and did setup the main hub, then add the 2 sub hubs, the only problem is sub hubs status is “checking”

I have seen some users have the issue lately with adding the sub hubs. You may want to reach out to ST support if other community members don’t provide you with an answer.

I did, the support said wait for the newer version of smart things app coming out in first week of October.

Sound like the App update has been put on hold per the following notification in the App today

"SmartThings application update error

The new updated ST app still have problem with adding the sub hubs end up with stuck in “checking” status, can anyone help pls?

Unfortunately this issue has been happening to others for some time now. Best advice - reach out to ST Support.
