I have been trying to finish the migration and when I try to get the new app I get a message saying “your device isn’t compatible with this version”. Anyone else having this problem?
Yes, there have been several users migrating experiencing a similar issue. Do contact ST support and report this. Also, You could always try loading from an apk file: an older version of the new ST app to see if it works. I believe you need to go back 3 versions to find one that works.
My current classic app still works. I did contact support and was told the issue would be passed along to tech. I just am not convinced the issue is getting any real urgency. Thanks for your response.
