Starting from yesterday I don’t see any device on my family hub fridge (DA-REF-NORMAL-01001), both samsung appliances and matter and hue devices. I resetted the fridge, removed all the smarthing hubs (I had two tvs), reconfiguring hue and matter devices. No way to see in the family hub samsung applicances, hue lights and matter devices, whereas in the app was and is ok.
Any idea???

I have the same thing happening. It has something to do with the SmartThings Refrigerator Widget. It’s been updated to version 10.4.8 and even though compatible with the fridge it’s not working correctly with the Refrigerate yet (status information is working, so it recognizes my devices it’s just not displaying them). By the way my fridge is still on Tizen version 7 aka Family Hub Version 9.0. There was supposed to be an update to Tizen 8.0 last December, but got delayed a few times; delayed to January 2025, then April 2025, and now Nov-Dec. 2025. So it may not work again til this update that is slated till later.

I have the same problem. After restarting the fridge, all the devices disappeared. However, everything is fine in the SmartThings application on my phone
Have the same problem since 48 hours. I saw some data from some device like temperature sensor but all samsung devices or other sensor as disappeared. Try to restart family hub > no result. Restart all the refrigirator > no result. Change wifi connection. No result. All is good on my phone. Samsung Home Care and Energie work well on the refrigirator. Routine seems good on my phone but mark as bad on refrigirator. Is there someone who now wath append ?
It takes some time, but I got on a chat with support and sent them some screenshots and information about the issue - it would probably help if others did this too. It’ll get them working on it.
It started Friday night, probably an update to one of the apps that works with smartthings with something broken….
It seems the Windows PC App is doing the same thing. They must of updated something in the code that isn’t loading the devices.
Same issue here the smartthings widget on my Bespoke fridge with family hub shows all my rooms and some of my lights and temps from door/multi sensors but when I click on one of the it shows No items. My phone app is working fine on S25U and on Tab S9. Also the button to ring my phone or Tab doesn’t ring on either device when I tap even though it shows like it’s ringing. Very frustrating considering I have the Bespoke Combo washer coming on Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon - 11 Nov — they are all broken again - hopefully Samsung is just testing…..
All routines no longer function and all devices are no longer visible on family hub refrigerator.
Doesn’t Samsung have a testing procedure, a “change process” that they go through before they implement something?
