Hey, please help a feeble user. My wife’s OnePlus 6 quit registering presence back about a month ago. This was about one month after setting her up with new Samsung app and sign-in. I’ve adulterated many things, including deletion of device and users from old and new account.
As I begin the attempt to resurrect her, can someone please tell me how to know if a user phone is “present” in the new Samsung app?
Thanks for quick reply, but I’m trying to verify that her phone status is Home when the phone is beside her at home. It has been registering Away for weeks now, as judged by SMH notifications when only I leave home.
Best advice is to use the Classic app at this point.
