Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot™ Combo AI+ schedule looping

The main issue I seem to have is with schedules for this new device (VR7MD97714G/EU)
The robot comes out at the start of the schedule and proceeds to vacuum. However, before the job finishes it complains that it couldnt start the schedule as the robot was not in the base. Then when it does complete after a few minutes it begins the schedule again from scratch. Ive tried reaching out to samsung support but they promised someone would come today to look at this but they have not! Quite disappointed after spending a lot of money on the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot™ Combo AI+ that it cannot perform schedules that my older samsung jetbot had no issues with! Can anyone make sense of why this is occurring? Interestingly when I undo the tuesday 9pm schedule after the 1st run is done and the second one startsthe schedule till mext clean time changes. Whereas before once its finished it says it will start the schedule in 10 minutes even though it says it completed the run!!!

We installed our last week. We are getting the same issue. Complains that it couldnt start the schedule as the robot was not in the base. Then when it does complete after a few minutes it begins the schedule again.

The basic technical support from samsung over the phone didn’t really help with getting to the root of the actual issue. I ended up requesting a replacement of the whole unit which they’ve agreed to. Hoping that the issue was from a defective unit but seeing as you also had the issue… who knows?!

So ours have been fixed. We logged a ticket with the SmartThings support. They came back with the below and we haven’t had the issue since.

I recommend you factory reset the vacuum, remove it from the SmartThings app, then re-add it.

Oooo Thanks for this! If the issue occurs again on the new unit, I will try this! Just waiting for the new one to be sent now!

It has restarted doing this after about a week.

Thats not good! Only just had my replacement one delivered recently. Not had a moment to set it up again.

@SamsungZell is this issue anything that you can support or advise on further as to why it happens in the first place and if it’s a software issue will there be an update to fix this?

Strangely it has been fine again for 2 days.
