So I decided to jump ship from the middle casa becase it took 6 months to get a issue with the hub fixed. I think it might have been a mistake. I have gotten the new hub a month ago and submitted a help request from day 2 and not a word back. But I am hoping someone here might be able to help.
I somehow wound up with 2 copies of the same app in my smart apps. Routine director to be exact. When I launch the app it says I am not authorized. Won’t let me un install or anything.

I go to add a routine and I get unavailable to add a routine.
I am hoping someone here has seen this and found a way to fix this. And see’s this. Because the lack of support is amazing for something so popular
