Things to try:
- Use a pin to press the button inside the hole at the bottom of the unit (this forces a refresh of the sensors) (do this a few times)
- If it’s showing correctly in the Recently tab or if it’s just in the classic app it maybe a bug in the ST app, restart the ipad/kill and restart the app
- Reboot the hub and do a z-wave repair, may help to add a repeater within 30ft of the sensor is the messages are being lost
- Check/remove the battery and replace/reinsert it
- Reset the device
- Exclude and re-pair the device
If all of the above doesn’t fix it, may be defective unit (very unlikely, usually it’s a mesh, connection or ST app issue)
