My fridge alerts me of a software update for AI energy mode then tells me the software update is not available.

Me too! I reset it and made sure the software on my phone and the fridge up to date, smart things up to date everything is functional and I still keep getting this message. Hopefully they can figure it out soon besides just rerouting us to a link that does nothing to help. Hmmppfff.
