Hi All, I cant get my RF23R62E3B1/EU French Style Fridge Freezer to go into pairing mode. Some videos say press the fridge button for 5 seconds but that doesn’t help. Anyone know?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the pairing mode of your Refridgerator.
The specifications for this model: RF23R62E3B1/EU is an international model that lists embedded WiFi and Smart Things App Support.
I would first give these troubleshooting steps a try:
Press the Fridge button until “AP” appears on the temperature control panel’s display. After a few moments, your refrigerator will appear in the SmartThings App. Once it does you can then select your Wi-Fi network and enter your information if it’s a secured network, then select the CONNECT option.
As this is an international model and support for this model is limited, If the symptoms persist I’d recommend reaching out directly to a support team in your region.

Thanks @SamsungZell, unfortunately when I press the fridge button, nothing happens. I should get the AP sign but I dont. Its almost as if the wireless is switched off.
