Recent Platform Update Broke Parse Method Response/Result (April 2017)

Several threads on individual devices that are having problems, which I suspect are all because of this.

Secure Together SRT321/SSR303 or Horstmann ASR-ZW/HRT4-ZW (Updated DTH in post 61)

Anyone having issues with these? They’ve been rock solid using @meavydev DTH but today I’ve had to setpoint changes not happen. Symptoms as follows: CoRE changes the setpoint to a pre-defined value at a specific time The device acknowledges the setpoint change The stat wakes up as expected All appears fine, ST app thinks the stat is at the new set point but the stat does not. For example ST thinks the Stat is at 18 but it’s still at the previous setpoint of 16. If I then moved the stat the ST app updates immediately. Any ideas?

Honeywell thermostat not updating operating state

Since the Honeywell TCC Connect integration broke and was later fixed a week or two ago, my Honeywell thermostat device in ST has not been updating it’s operating state. Anyone else seeing this? Any solutions? I had asked this question to support after they fixed the TCC integration but the guy I was talking to stopped responding without answering my question. The operating state does update if I initiate a change using the ST app (like raising or lowering the setpoint), but if the thermostat turns on by itself the operating state never updates. I have some automations that I’d like to be able to set up to use the operating state if I can get it to update.

Yes, my LC-13s are not updating the set point, although in the logs I see “nextHeatingSetpoint” however nothing after that and they stay on the previous setpoint. I also have a couple that keep getting the E5 error

I thought I’d resurrect this a bit as I (as well as about 50 others who have emailed me) seem to be having and issue with this SmartApp not detecting endpoints as well. Full disclosure – I am affiliated with Inovelli, which manufactures a 2-Channel Smart Plug Background: As referenced above, I currently sell a 2-Channel smart plug on Amazon that worked flawlessly with ST up until two days ago. I’ve sold probably close to 2k units over the past few months with no issues and ST users make up about 65% of my sales. Multi-Channel Control App not functioning

There is definitely a platform issue that is causing problems. I have had several reports from various users. I haven’t had time to fully troubleshoot, but one thing that seems broken is commands returned with response() are not being processed. For example, I have a multichannel switch that sends a SwitchBinaryReport when either physical switch is toggled.
