Re using a hub

Howdy, the project stage takes another turn.

I have taken the Hub back to the Lab and we are trying to reconnect it. I have the correct serial number but when i try to reconnect it the set up on the app says this device has already been connected and can only be connected once. How do i hard reset this?

I believe you have to ask support to reset it for you. They will want to see a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the hub.

Hey guys urgently need this hub reset, have email support but with the time zone difference in Aus to US we are on Monday at work eating to go and Sunday over there we have no response . Urgently need to reset this hub so we can do some work on our project

Please Help Urgent.
