I cannot find the code and the Box for my Hub to connect because my husband did a factory reset. What can I do to fix this?
If it is a v2 hub, some models had the welcome code embedded within the battery compartment. If not, you will need to contact ST support and attach a photo of the hub serial number.
If not a v2 hub, you selected the wrong option for hubs when setting up.
ST support info can be found in the ST app, by clicking on menu in the lower right of the screen, then click on Settings (cog icon) and selecting Help.
