since the update all my device’s played up, I found a post that said to try deleting the hub …
didn’t realise until to late I needed my code, guess what I cant find - bugger!!
in my defence it was like 1am and I wasn’t thinking.
I have sent a email requesting help on this whilst I don’t think that will be a problem what I need to know apart from the tedious job of replacing 3 years worth of work will I have to run a hard reset on the hub?
this is so can do it in advance.
has anyone else been in this position before any tips or advice?
