Wow, ST Support has really taken a step back. I wait typically 3 days now for a reply. it used to be 1 day.
Happy to report I finally fixed this. I kept trying to factory reset the switch and repairing (even tried the zwave stick @libram11!) but eventually Smartthings found it and paired it. No idea what the issue is, but it’s fixed and my zWave network seems to be happy and healthy once again!
did it find it after the z stick pairing? That was the idea.
