Re-Installed SmartThings Hub and App and Now Can't Re-Connect My Samsung Family Hub Refigerator

I’ve followed the directions multiple times but I cannot re-connect my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator to my SmartThings app or hub. It’s on my network, but when you try to use the Quick Connect feature it finds the refrigerator in the SmartThings app but when it tries to connect it just sits there and spins and says “Connecting to Network” and nothing happens.

After resetting the refrigerator a couple of times, I was finally able to get it to install.

Reset the refrigerator means to reset power to it? or reset some SW?
I am having the same problem as you mentioned. I get to the point were I scan the QR code from the fridge, and change my iPhone WIFI network to the fridge one, but then it times out…
