Problems with Logitech hub, ST and TCP light

Hi I install logitech hub and configure my ST. all my TCP Connect lights appear in the logitech app, but when I try to turn on any light from the logitech control remote or app the light turn on and second later turn off. I uninstall and install again the logitech and the hub of tcp and the problem persist, any idea, a bug, where?

Have a look at the activity logs in Smartthings for the bulbs, this may give you a clue.
I have several lights that I control from Harmony and these do not exhibit this problem.
