Since August 10th, it has become difficult to add and remove devices in the ST APP.
This is reported by our user. We have verified this issue on three different products.
Has no one noticed and provided feedback on this issue? A very serious problem!
Yes, a few users have noticed the issue in regards to removing or excluding devices in the app. You can use the Advanced Web App to remove or exclude devices. Once you remove the device from there, you should be good to go with adding the device in the ST app.
To exclude: go to the Hubs section and tap on the hub name.
