Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Moving off of Wink to Smart Things. This Stupid Nortec/Go-Control/Linear FS20Z-1 is the only thing that I can’t get to pair with the SmartThings hub. I feel like I tried everything - I would say that it’s broken but it was working yesterday when I had it connected to Wink. Are you including with “Scan Nearby” or are you using a specific devise profile?

Also moving off Wink to SmartThings. Did you ever find a solution to excusing this module?
Thank you thank you thank you! I had this switch hooked up to my garage door and working fine for years with an older hub. Then I switched to a new hub and had some issues with the switch, and just put it on the back burner and forgot about it. Then hit a point where I couldn’t get to the old hub to delete it and their three tap method wasn’t doing anything. Then I read your instructions for Z-Wave exclusion and did it on the new hub and it worked great. Everything is working again. Thank you!
