So, when I get an alert from my Microwave or Stove on my Family Hub, it gives me an option to download a plugin. Sadly, they will never download…in a matter of seconds when trying to download, it says it is taking too long:

Same problem. Brand new fridge with Family Hub. Tries to download updates for the new range and the microwave and the dishwasher. All apps show they’re updated but I get this error.
Try this: Settings | Connections | SmartThings Hub and follow prompts. I think that fixed it for me.
Never mind. The problem still exists.
Update: the problem has now resolved. I didn’t do anything after what I described above. I’m guessing they patched something.
Just wanted to update this thread. One day, suddenly, this started working again.
