Hi, I have 2 indoor sirens. i would really like integration with an outdoor siren. If anyone has anything that works or has ideas let me know.

Fortrezz is probably the most popular in the US, where most City and suburban jurisdictions limit the volume an outdoor siren can have unless you get a special license. The fortrezz operates right at this limit.
There are more options in the UK, particularly if you live in a rural area:
