[OBSOLETE] Sensibo integration

Glad I didnt buy that product

Hi Eric. I realize and appreciate the hard work it took to create these codes. And I thank you very, very much. My point is, it would be nice if you could edit the first post in this thread to reflect the changes that have happened since you posted it. There is no marketplace on the new app. So right from the start people get lost. Most people are not that techie including myself. I think editing the first post would help many people and decrease the amount of questions that come up on this thread. Especially considering that any browser that you enter
anything resembling “Sensibo Samsung Smartthings integration” leads directly to this post. Even from the Senisbo website itself.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOU HARD WORK!!!

I have added a note at the initial post.

I’m still having some issues with integration using the old method. From the looks of the latest posts, it seems there is official integration. Does the official version work?

I’m also only seeing Air purifier under the sensibo devices in smartthings.

I’m also questioning of Sensibo work with the new smartthing apps (old one discontinued)
I’m looking at buying a Sensibo but I won’t if it’s not officially compatible with my smartthings hub/apps.

Thx.

Has anyone found a working solution?

I use the smart app from brutality in GitHub and the classic DH. You can get that DH in IDE. It works with webcore. It is still working after moving to the new app.

Can you point me to the code, please. I would like to update it for degrees F and a few other things.

Did you develop the new app, too? I found the old DH and Smart app, but would like to wo on the new.

The code is referenced at the beginning of the thread.

Envoyé de mon iPad

I meant for the new smartthings app. Is that referenced somewhere? Do you know who wrote it? You mentioned that you were asked to test it. Thanks.

For those of you using the Smartthings built in handler for Sensibo, did you lose your ability to set the temperature today?

Yes, happened after my device plug in got updated to 2.1.19-7 not just sensibo, other thermostat also

Same here, I also cannot control my Stelpro Orleans Heaters

Degrees F has not worked for me.

It also is listed as an “Air Purifier” and not an AC unit. I have asked Omer whether he can make the code available to correct problems. I have not received an answer.

Happened to me today. Guess an “air purifier”, as it’s described, wouldn’t really have a temperature setpoint anyway. Obviously the wrong device handler for the Sensibo Sky.

The code linked in the first post of this thread is somewhat functional, just needs some cleanup.

I take that back. The code in the first post will allow me to see, but doesn’t control very well. For example, my Fujistu only accepts +/- 2 deg F changes, when I try to change setpoint by 1 degree, it doesn’t respond. Plus the current code is in C not deg F and has some issues there.

Your lucky, at least you have the buttons on the screen to press! I literally have no buttons, that temp adjustment portion is missing from the screen in the app.
