Nuki 4.0 pro matter pairing issues

Hi all. Ive got a Nuki 4.0 pro. Works with Matter and has the smartthings logo on the box. Its worked since install in December last year with no issues.

Having some work done on the house, sparky cut the power for several hours, obviousle all wifi/hubs etc went offline.
When the power came back on a few sockets needed a nudge to wake up but my lock was showing offline.
I tried everything and it wont add. It just will not add to icloud to complete the matter integration.
I have an Aeotec V3 hub and apple home Pod mini and like i say this has been working since first install.

Ive tried all the troubleshooting suggedted by Nuki and im hitting a blank. I can no longer get the matter device to add.

The only change is the ios update and i guess maybe a hub firmware update. Anyone else have / had any issues!
Nuki have not helped yet and SmartThings app does not send error report to the correct department so i got an automated reply!

in the Apple Home app, tap on your device, go to Settings and open Connected Services. Is ST listed as a connected service? If yes, Remove it (wait a few minutes) and then attempt to add it back to ST.

I have found… if Apple is the main matter controller… reboot it first then any secondary Hubs such as ST or HA.

Good tip thanks, ill try that next time. I sorted it after several angry attempts and eventually by using an older version of ios. Ive also now got a cheap android tablet and thats no issue
Ive spoken to Nuki Support and identified that until ios 18 this was not an issue.
ive also found that if I add or alter any matter device it knocks nuki offline. There is clearly a small issue with firmware thats causing it because it was never an issue previously.
Sure they will sort it
