Smart Things: Problem adding Device to iCloud

Hi,

I used to have an 100% working SmartThing setup in my house. I’m in the middle of the move and I’m transferring devices (same Router, same hub, same everything).

I’m using and Aquara Hub. All Z Wave devices are working perfectly.

I have problem with Matter ones. When I moved to new location all Matter Thermostat went offline (they were off so I didn’t check any further). I noticed that a PIR sensor (Neocoolcam) is not working.

I have rested it, tried many times to add to SmartThings but no way. Always telling me it is not capable to add it to iCloud.

I have than tried to add to Apple Home. No problem at all.

It seems there is a “communication” problem between SmartThings and iCloud when adding new devices. Error code I get is 39-900

Same problem happen with all thermostats (no issues if I add them in Apple Home, no way to add in Smart Things).

I have a new internet provider (I’m currently using a mobile carrier as modem waiting for fiber connection).

I have checked ipv6 is enabled and also gave ipv4 tunnel to ipv6.

I have a second Aquara Hub, got same Issue.

Changed Password. No change.

Any idea on how to fix Matter Issue?

Thanks

Did you take the SmartThings hub with you to your new location?

Yes. I have moved it to new location

I have brought back hub to old location. Provider is not the case.

No way I can install matter devices. There is some setting (in Smart Thing or Apple) blocking loading devices in iCloud (password). Any idea? I can easily install them using Apple Home

Hi. I have bypassed the problem using an android device. Everything is working now but problem on SmartThings + Apple + Matter still is there.
