I’ve had ST for a year now. I’ve been in IT for 30 years, but having an issue. I have my wife’s, child’s and my android phones connected to smartthings under separate accounts. I had Notify Me When working when my son got home to do a push notification and a text. I was playing around when it when trying it out, but it worked. I then decided I didn’t want the push (because it went to all phones) and just the text. But now, no text or notifications are working. I’ve tried creating new “notify me when” smartapps copies but nothing works. When home both phones show present. But it just won’t notify anymore. I’ve tried doing with push only, text only, push and text, with a message text and without. Not selecting a mode and selecting all of them. Nothing works. ST Hub 2.0 Thoughts?

Notify me when not working?! I have a boss for that 
he notifies me alright and always seems to work, no errors there
