New ST Hub v3 - constant blue light

Hi - greatly appreciate any help. A new Aeotec v3 ST hub arrived yesterday and when I plugged it in and attached directly to router, I was unable to set up due to constant blue light. I did not get a flashing green/red light as per instructions. I did a soft reset but it made no difference.


Did you try rebooting the hub/router? Can you verify that the ethernet cable and port it’s plugged in is good? @Brad_ST

Hi Andrew. Yes I done a soft reset on St hub and also restarted router. I also left ST Hub disconnected overnight. I tried the other Ethernet ports on hub but to no avail. I’m afraid I don’t know how to check an individual port.

PS - tried a different Ethernet cable but still blue light.
