Just bought 3 Daewoo plugs and they connect to smart things app ok but Alexa won’t discover them?
Tried multiple times!
any suggestions before I return them?

Have you connected SmartThings to Alexa? Settings, Voice assistant, Amazon alexa?
What’s the exact model of plug?

thanks that was it. Also It was the smart life app not the smart things I had both. But yes the resolve was exactly as you said.
