I tried to connect my new Smartthings Wifi Plug to Alexa, and Alexa says device not found. I have everything connected properly between both apps, and it can’t be found. The device works perfectly fine in the Smartthings app. I’ve tried various troubleshooting techniques, but nothing is working.
