New app help

Trying to get this new app to work, I can’t add a device because it tells me I need a hub. I go to add my hub and it says it’s already been registered and I need to get an invite.

You can’t use it until your account is migrated. Did you get a migration notice in the Classic app?

I got a prompt in the classic app that I needed to update. When I clicked to update I was taken to the new app. I can see and control a few of my devices in the new app, but when adding some devices back I am told I need a hub.

Your hub should already show up from the migration. Email support and see if something went wrong during the migration.
