Changed from iPhone to Pixel 10 Pro XL. Logged in using the same account. One of my location appears (Grande Panamby). The Second one dont. Need tô reviver my home apps.

You should report this to Customer Support by following the steps below:
- Open the SmartThings app
- Go to the menu tab at the bottom-right corner.
- On this page, select the option “contact us” and then go to “Error reports”
- Select the topic related to your issue and follow the steps to submit your support request
But, also, it would be convenient if you tell them the following:
- If you own both locations, or the one missing is shared
- When you enter my.smartthings.com and my.smartthings.com/advanced, is it still missing?
This is because there are no Customer Support agents here in the forum and this falls within their scope.
