Somehow I’ve lost my location on the SmartThings app. The location exists when I login to SmartThings.com and the hub is active and connected. However on the app I just get a spin from wheel and the location never shows up. I’ve seen other threads here about this issue but it seems to require intervention by SmartThings. Anything I can do on my end?
the one staff member who was assisting users with issues like this has left ST recently. You will need to open a ticket with ST support directly.
things to try…
- sign out of the app and sign back in… Menu > Samsung account icon > sign out
- click on the Home icon in the upper left of the screen and see if you can select the Location there.

oh… if using Android… try clearing the app cache
