I have three Multipurpose Sensors in my home (among several other sensors and switches). One monitors just motion, one monitors open/close and one monitors both motion and open/close. None of them are responding today. The last activity on all three shows the same 17 hours ago. All have been tested a few minutes ago and there is still no response on any of them. All SmartApps have been selected and re-saved with no results. Can anyone suggest what to try next?
No expert in that regard, but I would pull the batteries for at least 15 min and then replace. Probably reboot my hub while they are out and waiting.
Like @JH1 said, try taking the batteries out for 15 seconds and then put them back in. And follow up with support ticket if that doesn’t solve the problem.
I’m sure that’s very frustrating. Multiple people have reported zigbee device problems since the hub update on Monday. Best thing is to talk to support.
