Is there a way to move devices from one locatiopn to another, without removing it and reconnection it again?

What kind of devices? I would say the short answer is probably not.
Assuming you’re using only SmartThings, there is not. Samsung Connect seems to have this feature, but i’m not sure if they use the same location architecture that SmartThings does.
It is Philips Hue light bulb. Connected straight to the Smartthing hub v2.
To add to to Robin’s post if “move devices to another location” means another physical address (new home), if the SmartThings hub goes with it, you wouldn’t need to remove anything (Zigbee / Z-Wave).
