Motion Sensors and Water Leak shown as "OFFLINE"

After returning from 3 week vacation I found that multiple of my motion sensors and water leak sensors are “offline” and rules that depend on them are not working.
After removing the battery and putting it back on (the same battery) the sensor starts working again.

I have activated the “upgrade firmware OTA” setting in my hub.
The sensors that have the problem have the same date for “firmware update date check”.

Any pointers?

For my case. Remove and reinsert battery to the sensor usually bring it back online. I have this problem almost everytime there is a hub firmware update so I usually check all my sensors after an update.
