On October 1, 2016, Amazon added the ability to turn on a " routine" from Alexa. At least now if the damn routine fails to fire again I can just tell alexa to trigger good morning…
as a side note I supposed there is not a way to have a button dismiss any alerts so I can also have it do that when the alarm triggers because the routine did not?
