Mode state issues

I’ve been a happy smarthings user since I first installed my setup at christmas time. Everything had been running just fine until about a month ago. At that point the modes that I have configured seem to change and inconsistent intervals. It’s not uncommon anymore to walk into a room and be alerted of said motion in a mode that I shouldn’t. When I hop over to Hello, Home and I return it to my equivalent my “Good Morning” I find that the system responds as though it were in night mode, when it had not previously. Hello, Home shows no action putting it there and I cannot find anything in the logs. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

I’ve double checked all of my actions and there is no automatic triggering of this mode. I’m not sure I’m familiar enough with the system to know what’s going on here.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Wow, that’s really weird! I haven’t heard of anyone else with that particular problem, but they may not realize what’s going on. A number of people report a problem where a presence indicator leaves and rejoins the network, causing the wrong modes to be triggered, but that doesn’t sound like what you’re saying.

First thing I would do is write to support@smartthings.com and let them start looking into it.
