All the sudden, today January 7th 2025, my Meross linked service won’t stay connected so I am unable to see my devices in the SmartThings app.
I also use ActionTiles to view all my devices on a tablet and I can’t see any of the devices controlled by Meross. I just get the question mark.
I have tried re-linked the Meross app to SmartThings multiple times but get an error each time. Sometimes it does connect, but then disconnects shortly after. When I try to log in, it errors out again.
I see a few other people experiencing this so figured I would create a new post to get more eyes on it.
Anyone know how to get in touch with SmartThings on this? Or are they working on a fix??
Best advice to those affected… report the issue to ST support and Meross Support. You may not want to attempt to reconnect the linked service as you may cause more issues.
Same with us. Everything was working fine until sometime this afternoon. I haven’t tried re-linking because I don’t want all my automations to be affected. I keep trying to resync but it keeps crashing the Smartthings app. Everything is working fine in the Meross app.
Guess what, me too. A Meross light just disappeared from one of rooms in the smart things app as I was looking at it. Tried the relink, and it either fails or partly succeed and shows the device in st again but its unresponsive in st, fine in native app.
From a post on Reddit - was reported that now if you delink and relink the Meross skill again it works and sure enough I tried it and looks like it’s resolved. Hope the same for the rest of you.
You have to go through and fix all your automations though…
I see my devices now, but none of them have rooms assigned and all the routines they were in are broken.
What does Meross look like in your linked services? I see two entries “Configure Meross Connector” and “meross-c2c-pro”.
Clicking “Configure Meross Connector” says there was a problem connecting.
Clicking “meross-c2c-pro” shows a list of devices, but none of them have rooms assigned.
meross-c2c-pro is the correct integration. Delete the “Configure Meross Connector”, move devices to the correct rooms, fix manual and automatic routines.
